ACE66 payment method refused
A method greyed out, declined, or missing from the cashier.
Play at ACE66 →A refused ACE66 payment splits two ways: a method missing from the cashier is an availability question, while a declined transaction is decided inside your wallet or bank. Work out which of the two you are looking at before switching methods.
Work out which side actually refused it
- A method missing from the cashier and a method that declined are two different problems: the first is availability, the second is a refused transaction.
- A declined e-wallet payment is decided inside the wallet - check its own limits and any confirmation still waiting in that app before you touch the cashier again.
- Bank transfers can fail at the bank end and never reach the cashier at all; your bank history tells you which side stopped it.
- Withdrawals go back to a method you have already deposited with, so a method you have never used may simply not be offered for payouts.
Payment symptom, check, next step
| Symptom | Check first | If that fails |
|---|---|---|
| Method greyed out | Whether you have deposited with it before | Ask chat which options are open to you |
| E-wallet declined it | Limits and pending confirmations in the wallet app | Switch method rather than retrying |
| Bank transfer failed | Your bank history for a rejection notice | Send the bank's message to support |
| Card funded, payout not offered | Whether that method supports withdrawals at all | Nominate one that does |
Quick answers
Why is a payment method greyed out for me?
Availability can depend on what you have already deposited with, since withdrawals return to a method you have used before. Ask support which options are open on your account.
My e-wallet declined the payment.
That decision is made in the wallet, not the cashier. Check its own limits and any confirmation still waiting in the app, then use a different method rather than retrying the same one.
Can I withdraw to a card?
Cards fund an account but are not offered back for payouts, so nominate an e-wallet or bank method you have already deposited with.
